The test has 24 multiple-choice questions, 45 minutes, and a 75% pass mark (18 out of 24). It is taken on a computer at an approved test centre.

How much does the Life in the UK Test cost?

The test costs £50. The fee is non-refundable. If you fail and retake, you pay another £50 each time.

Can I retake the Life in the UK Test if I fail?

Yes. You can retake the test as many times as you need. You must wait at least 3 days between attempts and pay £50 each time.
